The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Nimdih P.S. Case No. 22/2024 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 17/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 504, 506 & 376 of the I.P.C. and Sections 4, 6 & 8 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Court, Seraikella. 3. The petitioner is alleged to be sexually assaulted the victim when she was minor. 4. It appears that the present case has been registered after ten years. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
