Learned State counsel by raising preliminary objection submits that present writ petition is not maintainable, as the petitioner is having alternative remedy of appeal before the Collector questioning the departmental enquiry. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 4. In view of the submission made by learned State counsel, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority by filing an appeal questioning the final order of departmental enquiry. 5.
