This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 03.01.2025, registered as Case Crime No. 5 of 2025, under Sections- 191(2), 109(1), 115(2), 310(2), 329(3), 351(3), 324(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Meja, District- Prayagraj. 3. The parties are making allegations as counter allegations against each other regarding the illegal felling of the boundary-wall. There is also civil suit pending between the parties. 4. Under the totality of the fact and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of directing that till the cognizance taken on the police report submitted by the investigating officer by the court concerned, the petitioners shall not be arrested. 5.
