order, dated 04.11.2024 of the District Panchayat Officer on the ground that while suspending the cheque power of the petitioner herein, the respondent has not assigned any reason much less valid reason.

6. for the respondents, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2”^^ respondent/District Collector to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner herein within a period of two weeks from today, failing the impugned orders, dated 04.11.2024 deemed to be which suspended, without any further orders from this Court. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
