The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in F.I.R./Case Crime No. 231 of 2021, under Sections 323, 504, 342 IPC & Section 7/13 Prevention of Corruption Act, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Meerut, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail till conclusion of trial. 4. The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant, which is still pending but from the order dated 09.05.2023 passed by this Court, it reflects, applicant has already been released on anticipatory bail, therefore, in view of this Court, there is no need to pass any further order. 5. Therefore, in view of the order dated 09.05.2023 passed by this Court, the instant anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
