The Court made the following: 2 ORDER The instant criminal petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short Cr.P.C.,) has been filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1, 2 and 4 to 6, seeking quashment of the proceedings against them in Crime No.512 of 2019 of Ongole Taluka Police Station, Prakasham District. 2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor has furnished a copy of instructions of the Inspector of Police, Ongole Taluka Police Station, wherein it is stated that in the present case the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet was also filed on 13.01.2021. But however, the same is awaited for numbering. 3. In view of the above instructions, as investigation is already completed, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the petition directing the respondents to see that the calendar case is numbered, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months, from the date of receipt of copy of this order The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the said calendar case when numbered, if at all they have any grievance.
