The grievance of the petitioner is against the action of the respondents in enlisting the subject property of an extent of Ac.0.10 cents situated in Sy.No.301, Ward No.2, Avanigadda, under prohibited category in terms of provisions of Section 22(a)(1)(c) of the Registration Act,1908. 3. When the matter is taken for admission today, Smt. Pulipati Radhika, learned Standing Counsel for the 4*'^ respondent has placed before the court a copy of instructions received by her in the case. A perusal of the same would reflect that the Assistant Commissioner of Endowments has passed orders stating no objection for deletion of the subject property from the category of the prohibited properties under Section 22(a)(1)(c) of the Registration Act. V 3 In view of the same, the respondent No.2 is directed to verify and pass appropriate orders in terms of the report submitted by the 4. respondent No.3, deleting the subject property from the prohibited list of properties within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of the order. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 5. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, all pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
