Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners 1 to 3 are owners and possessors of the land to an extent of Ac.0-50 cents in Sy.No.736 of Ramapuram, Kothapeta Revenue Village, Vetapalem Mandal and the said land was assigned to the petitioners’ father in the year 1972. The then Tahsildar issued pattadar pass book vide Patta No.639 in the year 2010 in the name of the petitioners and since then the petitioners are in possession and enjoyment of the same. The 4‘^ respondent along with staff came to the petitioners’ land on 24.05.2025 and tried to dispossess them. Hence, the writ petition.
