Krishnatraya, the learned counsel for the appellants. Also heard Mr. A.D. Sarma, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. P.K. Das, the learned counsel for the respondents. 2. This matter was referred to mediation by this court, by its order dated 17.09.2025 and the report of the mediator has been received from the Gauhati High Court Mediation Centre. 3. The learned counsel for the appellants as well as respondents have submitted that during the mediation process, the parties were able to settle their dispute amicably on terms agreed upon between them, which has been reflected in the report of the mediator Dr. Nikita Barooah, dated 18.11.2025. As the parties have reached amicable settlement, this regular second appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties and as reflected in the report of the mediator dated 18.11.2025. 4. Let a decree be prepared accordingly. Page No.# 3/3 5. Let the report of the mediator may be treated as a part of this order and same may also be treated as a part of the decree to be prepared thereafter. 6. Registry to do the needful. 7.
