Case No. 136 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 25(1-B) (a) and 26 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara. 3. It was submitted that one pistol along with three live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. Criminal antecedent report of the petitioner, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamtara in connection with Karmatanr P.S.
