CMP No.26775 of 2025 On 25.02.2026, learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 had produced a copy of ofÏce order dated 31.10.2025, which was taken on record. It was observed in the last order that the order passed by respondent No.2-Corporation is not in consonance with the directions passed by this Court in CWP No. 8761 of 2022, titled, Smt. Savita Bibi vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others. Even today, the order has not been complied with. Keeping in view the above, the application is allowed and the execution petition stands revived. Application stands disposed of.
