In this anticipatory bail application the Coordinate Bench granted the interim bail to the applicants by the order dated 1702.2025. 5. It is argued by the learned counsel for the parties that the parties have now settled their disputes and in a petition preferred under section 528 of BNSS, 2023, the compounding application has also been filed, which is pending for consideration and the next date is 23.02.2026. 6. In such view of the matter, since the parties have settled their dispute and their compounding application is pending for disposal, the interim bail granted by the Coordinate Bench on 17.02.2025 is made absolute and the instant anticipatory bail application is disposed of accordingly.
