He has placed before the court the certified copy of the order passed by Civil Judge (Senior Division), Gautam Buddh Nagar dated 06.03.2025 in Original Suit No. 714 of 2024 whereby the plaintiffs-revisionists had moved an application 22C for withdrawal of the suit with a permission to file fresh. The court below had allowed the said application and the suit has been withdrawn with permission to file fresh. Once Suit No. 714 of 2024 has been withdrawn by plaintiffs- revisionists, no cause of action survives for continuing the revision. In view of said fact, the revision stands dismissed.
