ORAL ORDER
Learned counsel appearing for the parties are present.
Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 undertakes to identify respondent No.2/complainant, who is present physically before this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioners and respondent No.2 has filed Joint Memo for compounding the offences. The paragraphs No.2, 3 and 4 of the said Memo read as under:-
“2. In view of the extraordinary development that have taken place between the petitioner No.1 to 4 (Accused No.1 to 4) and Respondent No.2/Complainant, at the intervention of well-meaning persons and friends of both the parties, both of them have agreed to settle their disputes/differences by mutual concessions among themselves and decided to set-at- naught all the litigations pending in various courts particularly in the best interest of their future life. Accordingly, both the parties have arrived at a settlement and decided to compound the above Criminal case.
3. The Petitioner No.1 to 4 (Accused No.1 to 4) and the Respondent No.2/Complainant settled their dispute between them in view of the accused No.1 and Respondent No.2 are residing separate showing in the accused No.1 place in the petition. The Respondent No.2/Complainant has agreed to residing with the accused No.1 and withdraw the allegation against the Accused No.2 to 4. The Petitioners craves for

the kind indulgence of this Hon'ble Court to be pleased to peruse the averments made in the main petition as part and parcel of this petition for the purpose of brevity.

The Petitioner No.1 to 4 (Accused No.1 to 4) and Respondent No.2/Complainant are the family members and the Respondent No.2/Complainant has withdrawn all allegations made against each other unconditionally. The Petitioner No.1 to 4 (Accused No.1 to 4) and Respondent No.2/Complainant have no claims whatsoever against each other.”
3. On reading the above said averments, there is no embargo to this Court to record the compromise as it relates to the family settlement. Hence, I proceed to pass the following:-
ORDER The petition is disposed of in terms of compromise. The petitioners No.1 to 5 are acquitted for the offences under Sections 498A, 326, 324, 354 of IPC r/w Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The bail bond executed, if any, stands cancelled.
