The defendants in O.S.No.23 of 2024 are the revision petitioners herein. The plaintiffs/respondent has filed the suit for declaration and for permanent injunction. Pending the suit, the defendants have filed I.A.No.5 of 2014, to reject the plaint and the same is pending before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Cheyyur. 3. A perusal of the diary extract would show that I.A.No.5 of 2014, which was filed for rejecting the plaint on 19.09.2024, has been kept pending for filing counter since 19.09.2024.
