Case No. 48/2023, registered under Sections 17(c), 18(b), 22 (c) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-Cum Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Latehar. It is alleged that 930 grams of opium was recovered from the possession of co-accused Sunny Kumar. It was submitted that the petitioner was neither apprehended at the spot nor anything was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of co-accused Sunny Kumar who has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. No. 7623/2024. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-Cum Special Judge, N.D.P.S.
