On 30th January 2026, the following order was passed: “1. Learned APP seeks time to file affidavit-in-reply. 2. Learned advocate for the Applicant request for interim protection as the Applicant is having two years old child and her husband is already behind bar. 3. Prima facie, it seems that the husband is the master mind of the crime and he has conducted all the transactions in the account of the Applicant. 4. In the event of arrest, the Applicant - Akshata Nitin Yedure in connection with Crime No.170 of 2025 registered with Miraj City Police Station, District: Sangli, be released on furnishing Personal Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount. The Applicant shall attend the concerned police station from 2nd to 5th February, 2026 between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and shall co-operate in the investigation. 6. Stand over to 16th February, 2026.” 3. Mr. Yuvraj Narvankar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, states that the Applicant has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has cooperated with the investigation in Crime No. 170 of 2025. He states that the Applicant shall continue to cooperate with the investigation. 4. Mrs. Shubhangi N. Deshmukh, learned APP for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, states that the Applicant has cooperated with the investigation. She submits that the present Application be disposed of by imposing conditions upon the Applicant. 5. In view of the statements referred to hereinabove, present Application is allowed in the following conditions: (a) Order dated 30th January 2026 is confirmed. (b) The Applicant shall not tamper with evidence in any manner. (c) The Applicant shall appear before and report to the Investigating Officer in Crime No. 170 of 2025 as and when called upon by the Investigating Officer registered with Miraj City Police Station, District Sangli and cooperate with the investiation. (e) The Applicant shall appear before the Trial Court as and when the case is committed to the Court having jurisdiction. 6.
