1. The writ Court had required the opposite party to conclude the proceedings under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
2. In the affidavit of compliance, it has been stated that the proceedings have been concluded on 26.08.2025, copy of which, has been brought on record as Annexure 1 to the said affidavit.
3. In view of said fact, as the order of writ Court has been complied with, present contempt application is rendered infructuous and the same stands dismissed.
