The grievance of the petitioner is against the inaction of the respondent No.1 in not disposing the Revision petition filed by her on 15.03.2022 against the proceedings of the respondent No.2, dated 07.02.2022. 3. Having regard to the facts of the case, and it appears from the record that the appeal is of 2022, the request made by the petitioner cannot be construed as an unjustified one. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible on the Revision petition of the petitioner, dated 15.03.2022 not later than eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
