This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue order or direction directing Gram Nayalay Chaial District Kaushambi to decide the application dated 22.11.2024 to transfer or return the case before Civil judge Kaushambi in original suit no. 285 of 2023 (Suresh Kumar V/S Satrohan) filed by the petitioners, within Stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court deem fit under the facts of the case." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that case filed by petitioner is not maintainable before Gram Nyayalaya, Chayal, District- Kaushambi. An application in regard to transfer the said case has been moved on 22.11.2024, which is pending consideration. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the application dated 22.11.2024. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon Gram Nyayalaya, Chayal, District- Kaushambi to decide the pending application dated 22.11.2024 in Original Suit No. 285 of 2023, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
