The learned AGP points out the letter dated 06.10.2025, whereby the State has taken decision not to further extent the registration / licence of the petitioner to run the institute beyond 30.09.2025. 3. The learned AGP submits that in view of this communication no further adjudication to any quasi judicial order would survive in this court as the registration itself has come to an end. 4. Considering the same, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the communication dated 06.10.2025 and, also, the impugned order in this matter. 6.
