He submits that since the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on the merits of the case earlier, the Court may be directed to consider his application for regular bail on the same day. 2. The said submission is placed on record. 3. The petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for. In the event, the petitioner surrenders before the jurisdictional Court and files necessary application seeking regular bail, the same shall be considered on merits and dispose of by the concerned Court as expeditiously as possible.
