Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the 1st respondent in assigning the land for house sites under Navaratnalu programme dated 25.12.2020 by issuing endorsement dated 09.09.2020 in Roc.No.218/2020(B), admeasuring Ac.1-74 cents which is classified as cart track/ bandi dhari in Sy.No.188 of Tholeru village, Veeravasaram Mandal, West Godavari District. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respondent authorities will follow the due process with respect to the subject land. 4. On perusal of the impugned endorsement of the 1st respondent dated 09.09.2020, it is clear that, the subject land in an extent of Ac.1.74 cents in R.S.No.188 of Tholeru Village, after facilitating Ac.1.15 cents as bandi dari for ingress and egress and for doing their agricultural operations of the villagers, the remaining extent of 59 cents was proposed for house sites to the houseless eligible beneficiaries. The petitioner is not in possession of the subject land and it is an open land. Either canal or canal bund is not involved in the said survey number. There is no obstruction for ingress and egress and to attend their agricultural operations. 4 5. In view of the clear observations of the 1st respondent by way of the impugned endorsement dated 09.09.2020, this court finds no reason to interfere with the same. However, it is made clear that the respondent Nos.1 & 2 shall deal with the subject land covered under the impugned endorsement of the 1st respondent dated 09.09.2020 strictly in accordance with law if so warranted for any public purpose. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. Interim order if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
