JUSTICE BUDI HABUNG ORDER Date : 29.01.2026 Mr. Uttam Deka, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner has been considered by the respondent authority and vide order dated 22.07.2025, the petitioner has been transferred and posted as BDO HQ at CD Block, Changlang. The learned counsel, therefore, prays that the petitioner has no further grievance against the respondent authorities and he is no longer pressing this matter. Hence, he prays that the matter may be closed as not being pressed. Mr. R. B. Yadav, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondent No. 4, has no objection to the above prayer made by the petitioner.
