ORAL ORDER
The petitioner-in person files a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition. The memo so filed reads as follows:
"MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL
The above named petitioner prays before this Hon'ble Court to kindly permit to withdraw the above Writ Petition as the pending suit in O.S.No.6111/2023 has been dismissed by rejection of plaint under an application under order VII Rule 11 (a) and (d) by the Hon'ble Ist Additional City Civil Judge at Bengaluru (CCH-2) without any adjudication or Trial of the issues on 4.7.2025.
It is further prayed to this Hon'ble Court that all the
contentions taken by the petitioner in the above writ petition be kept open and intact with liberty to further urge in a separately constituted writ petition at a later date if needed."

The respondents have also filed a memo stating that the writ petition has rendered infructuous. The memo so filed reads as follows:
"MEMO The Respondents in the above case submit that the suit filed by the Petitioner in OA No.6111/2023 before the Hon'ble Trial Court is disposed of, whereby the plaint is rejected vide order dated 04/07/2025. The same maybe taken on record, and the above petition be dismissed as being infructuous, in the interest of justice and equity."
In terms of memo, the petition is disposed as withdrawn.
