been preferred by the petitioners apprehending their arrest for offences registered under Sections 384, 306, 506/34 IPC and Section 4/5 of the Jharkhand Private Money Lending Prohibition Act, 2016. 3. The allegation against these petitioners is that they lend money to the informant and on the pretext of taking back the money from the informant, the petitioners indulged in deceiving the informant by forging signature, taking cooperative loan in the informant’s name and made him drown in debt. The informant drank phenyl after getting fed up with the petitioners. 4. Learned senior counsel representing the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case as the informant was in habit of taking loans from persons and different Financial Institutions. The informant also took loan from the petitioners and when he could not repay the said loans along with the interest, he consumed phenyl. 5. Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 6.
Considering the fact the informant is a debtor, who took loan from the petitioners and when he could not repay the same, he drank phenyl, I am inclined to release these petitioners on anticipatory bail. 7. Accordingly, these Anticipatory Bail Applications stand allowed. The petitioners, above named, are directed to surrender before the learned court below within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on the event of their surrender or arrest, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

The petitioners should appear once in fifteen days before the Investigating Officer till submission of the final report, failing which, it will be open to the Investigating Officer to file an appropriate application before the Court concerned for cancellation of bail.
