This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 and 484 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest for offences registered under Section 111 (2) (b) B.N.S. and under Section 21 (B)/31 N.D.P.S. Act in connection with Deoghar Town P.S. Case No. 399 of 2024 pending in the Court of learned Special Judge Deoghar. 3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with others were selling brown sugar in sachets. Three persons were apprehended from the spot and the others managed to flee. The persons who were apprehended has disclosed the name of the petitioner to be the one who has fled from the place of occurrence and were all selling brown sugar. 4. Considering the allegation of selling of brown sugar and the fact that the presence of the petitioner is absolutely necessary for the purpose of investigation including custodial investigation, 2025:JHHC:15762 2 this Anticipatory Bail Application stands dismissed.
