Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 17.02.2025, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, East Godavari District at Rajamahendravaram cause submitted a report from the learned V Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kakinada. 3. Sri V.Sai Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a withdraw letter containing signature of the Revisionist by name Challa Surya Prabha, stating that she wants to withdraw the case as the case was compromised at the intervention of elders and well wishers of both sides. 4.
