4. authorities have not interfered with the petitioner’s alleged land. He further argues that there are civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents, the same were decreed on 21.10.2020. The Learned counsel for the unofficial respondent argued that the suit filed by the unofficial respondent No. 4 was decreed on 21.10.2020; thereafter, the writ petition was filed on 23.12.2020 alleging the interference by the unofficial respondent. He contends that after the suit was decreed, the petitioner filed the writ petition with unfounded allegations, to dilute the decree. He thus prays for the dismissal of the writ petition. Having regard to the fact that the parties have already invoked the jurisdiction of the Civil Court for the redressal of their grievance, the present writ petition with a very similar relief under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India, as sought by the unofficial respondent in the suit, is not maintainable without any specific averment or any evidence in support of the averment that the official respondents have interfered with the possession of the petitioner. However, the petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy before the appropriate authority. m 3 In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner and unofficial respondents to avail appropriate remedies for redressal of their grievance, in respect of subject lis.
