Heard learned counsel appearing on either side. 3. The petitioner filed W.P.No.6717 of 2024 to declare the action of respondent No.4 in not serving the land of an extent of Ac.1.50 cents in Sy.No.1263/3 of Thallapaka Village, Rajampeta Mandal, Sri Annamayya District, in pursuance of the application made by the petitioner dated 08.02.2024. 4. The writ petition was disposed of on 16.04.2024, directing the respondent No.4 to conduct a survey and fix boundaries by following the procedure contemplated under the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923. 5. A reply affidavit was filed by the respondent. In para No.6, it was stated that in pursuance of the order dated 16.04.2024, a survey was conducted on 18.06.2024. The petitioner attended the survey; however, refused to sign the attendance sheet. The proceedings vide R.Dis.No.A/321/2024, dated 23.09.2024, have been annexed to the reply affidavit. 6. Thus, as seen from the proceedings, the order dated 16.04.2024 passed in W.P.No.6717 of 2024 has been complied with. Hence, this Court does not find any merit in the contempt case, and the same is liable to be dismissed. 7. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Contempt Case is dismissed. No order as to costs.
