ORDER: The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 5 in allotting house site pattas in the land belonging to the petitioner to an extent of Ac. 1-44 cents in Sy.No.329-1A, 329-1B and 329-2A of Grandhasiri Village, Hamlet of Orvakallu Revenue Village, Atchampeta Mandal, Guntur District.
1. It is the case of the petitioner that the above mentioned lands belonged to his ancestors. Further, the subject lands with other lands got partitioned orally during the year 1970 in which the subject land fell to the share of the petitioner. Subsequently to avoid disputes between the family members a survey was conducted on 10.07.2019 by the Mandal Surveyor in the presence of all the family members of the petitioner and in which the petitioner was found to be in possession of an extent of Ac. 1-58 cents of plot, which was shown as item No.1. Since then he is in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the said property as absolute owner and possessor. While so, the land held by the petitioner was proposed for allotment of house sites by the respondents.
