The petitioners working on contract basis are aggrieved by the order dated 24.02.2025, whereby petitioner no. 1 has been transferred from Community Health Centre, Bhodra, Ghazipur to Community Health Centre, Manihari, Ghazipur and petitioner no. 2 has been transferred from Community Health Centre, Manihari, Ghazipur to Community Health Centre, Gadour, Ghazipur, petitioner no. 2 has been transferred from Community Health Centre, Mardah, Ghazipur to Community Health Centre, Mirzapur (Sadat), Ghazipur and petitioner no. 4 has been transferred from Primary Health Centre, Mirzapur (Sadat), Ghazipur to Community Health Centre, Mardah, Ghazipur and petitioner no. 5 has been transferred from Community Health Centre, Gadaur, Ghazipur to Community Health Centre, Bhadora, Ghazipur. 3. It is submitted that the controversy involved in the present writ petition is no more res integra as in a writ petition being Writ-A No.1961 of 2025 (Manjula Rai Vs. State of U.P. & 3 others), this Court has dealt with the same issue. 4. Learned Standing Counsel could not dispute the aforesaid legal proposition. 5. In view of above, this petition is also allowed in terms of the order passed by this Court in Writ-A No.1961 of 2025 (Manjula Rai Vs. State of U.P. & 3 others). Accordingly, the impugned order dated 24.02.2025 annexed as Annxure-4 to this writ petition is hereby quashed. The petitioners will continue at the place where there were given contract employment and she shall be paid salary, accordingly.
