Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at present the petitioner is working as a Nursing Officer, Sub District Hospital, Makrana, District Deedwana- Kuchaman, Rajasthan under the department of Medical, Health and Family Welfare, Government of Rajasthan. He further submits that vide Transfer Order No. RAJHEALTH/T.C./2025/40 dated 15.01.2025 issued by respondent No.2, the petitioner's name was reflected twice for transfer under two separate serial numbers in the same order, once at Serial No.190, transferring her to ESI Dispensary No.10, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur and again at Serial No.206, transferring her to JK Lone [2025:RJ-JP:30653] (2 of 2) [CW-11781/2025] Hospital, Jaipur. He further submits that due to such contradiction and ambiguity in the said order, the authorities of the petitioner have refused to relieve her until actual place of posting is clarified. He further submits that despite giving legal notice, no response has been received till date. 2. Heard. 3. In view of the facts stated above, since in the transfer order dated 15.01.2025 issued by respondent No.2, the name of the petitioner has been reflected at two places i.e. Serial No.190, transferring her to ESI Dispensary No.10, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur and 206, transferring her to JK Lone Hospital, Jaipur and such reflection of her name in two places has created confusion and due to the said confusion, the authorities concerned refused to relieve her until her actual place of posting is clarified, therefore, in the interest of justice, the respondent No.2 is hereby directed to forthwith rectify and clarify the contradictory entries contained in transfer order No. RAJHEALTH/T.C./2025/40 dated 15.01.2025 by issuing a correct and unambiguous order specifying the final and actual place of posting of the petitioner. 4.
