Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that as against the order dated 31.12.2019 in W.P.No.21151 of 2019, the Waqf Board had preferred Writ Appeal No. 744 of 2021. On 28.11.2022, the Division Bench has granted Stay of the Order passed by the Ld. Single Judge dated 31.12.2019. He would submit that the Stay was vacated on 20.09.2024 and the Waqf Board has filed an Interlocutory Application for recall of the Vacate Order and to restore the Stay. 3. Sri Khaja Basha, Ld. Counsel submits that the Writ Appeal is also pending for consideration. 4. Having regard to these facts, this Court deems it appropriate to adjourn the matter sine die 2 SL. NO. DATE ORDER OFFICE NOTE with liberty to both the parties to make a mention as soon as the Writ Appeal is disposed of or as soon as the Hon’ble Division Bench has passed an Order in the Interlocutory Application with regard to restoration of Stay, whichever is earlier. ________ GRKP, J MNR
