GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B V Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents 1 to 6. 2. The petitioner made an F-line application on 06.01.2025 (Ex.P.1) requesting the authorities to conduct a survey and fix the boundaries to the land of an extent of Ac.0-10 cents in Sy.No.86/1, Palagummi Village, Razole Mandal, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District. The Mandal Surveyor issued notice dated 27.01.2025 (Ex.P.2). Later, the 6th respondent-Tahsildar issued 3 an endorsement dated 03.02.2025 (Ex.P.3) stating that the husband of the boundary land owner on one side passed away and further stated that the petitioner would apply for a fresh application. 3. At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the petitioner would apply fresh application for conducting a survey. 4. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will make a fresh F-line application for conducting a survey and demarcating the boundaries. The same is recorded. 4. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into other disputed questions of facts, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side giving liberty to the petitioner for submission of an F-line application in respect of an extent of Ac.0-10 cents in Sy.No.86/1, Palagummi Village, Razole Mandal, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District. Upon submission of such application, the respondents 4 to 6 shall ensure the conducting of a survey and demarcation of boundaries strictly as per the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
