This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the inaction of the respondents 1 to 5 in not registering the case against the respondent no.6 and Henchmen's even though the petitioner had lodged a complaint before the 5th respondent on 14.04.2025, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 5 to register the case and arrest the respondent no. 6 and Henchmen's to pass.…”
2. Sri V. Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the police have conducted an enquiry, where it came to be known that the dispute is purely civil in nature and the police are not interfering in the civil dispute.
3. Sri K. Gani Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that, recording the same, the writ petition may be disposed of.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
