1. Heard Mr. S. D. Purkayastha, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the State respondent.
2. This petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed for granting the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners, namely, (1) Saidul Alom Laskar @ Saidul Alom (2) Anwar Hussain (3) Abdul Saihed Laskar @ Sahid Laskar, apprehending arrest in connection with PRC Case No. 2334/2025 (arising out of Kachudaram PS Case No. 41/2025) registered u/s 109(1)/118(2)/140(3)/3(5) of BNS pending before the learned JMFC, Cachar, Silchar.
3. Upon completion of investigation, the case has been charge sheeted against the petitioners under Section 109(1)/118(2) /140(3)/3(5). Drawing attention to the annexed documents indicating that the victim and the informant attempted to arrive at a settlement in the presence of 13 village elders. However, the penal provisions invoked are non-compoundable in

4. The petitioners were granted interim bail on 19.12.2025 and scanned TCR was called for, however, the same is not received.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the original certified copy of order dated 05.01.2026 passed by learned JMFC, Cachar, Silchar. From the said order it reveals that pursuant to grant of interim, the petitioners appeared before the said learned court and furnished bail bonds. It is further submitted that the petitioners shall appear regularly and face trial.
6. In that circumstances, I deem it fit to dispose of the petition. Accordingly, the interim pre-arrest bail granted to the petitioners, vide
order, dated 19.12.2025 is hereby made absolute, subject to the conditions that the petitioners: (a) Shall be available for trial; (b) Shall not hamper or tamper with the evidence of the case.
7. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application stands allowed and
disposed of.
