It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that against the order dated 31.12.2024 under the Payment of Gratuity Act, the petitioner has filed a recall application, which is pending consideration. He submits that a direction be issued to the respondent no.2 to decide the recall application within a stipulated period. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the respondent no.2 will decide the recall application dated 23.1.2025 filed by the petitioner in a time bound manner. In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to consider and decide the recall application dated 23.1.2025 filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
