ORDER This petition is filed by accused No.7 seeking for regular bail in Crime No.17/2025, registered by CCB Police, Bangalore City, for the offences punishable under Sections 143,143(1)(f), 143(2), 143(3) of BNS, and Section 3,4,5 of immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 1956. The factual matrix of the case:
2. The petitioner is arraigned as accused No.7 in the above case. The allegation made against him is that the complainant on receiving the information regarding illegal trafficking of the women, had conducted raid of the house which belongs to one of the victims. There, the complainants stated to have seen that the petitioner was present along with the women. He rescued the women and recorded their statement and registered the case.
3. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent of the alleged

offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case in
order to show to their higher officials. The house in which the petitioner is stated to have been found was belonging to one of the victims.
4. It is further submitted that the petitioner was not at all connected with the other accused, there is no investigation to indicate that he had involved in the said case. Therefore, it is appropriate to grant bail to the petitioner. Making such submissions, he prays to allow the petition.
5. The learned HCGP prays to dismiss the petition on the ground that the petitioner and others are involved in the heinous offences namely trafficking of women. The petitioner on giving assurance to the women of different states and calling them to Bangalore by offering suitable job. However, he was sending the women to the bar and restaurant for the purpose of prostitution. Therefore, it is not appropriate to grant bail.
6. Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the respective parties, it is appropriate to state

that the house under which the alleged raid has been conducted does not belongs to the petitioner. No statement has been recorded by the persons who run the bar and restaurant wherein the women were working as a bar attenders. Having considered the
facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the considered opinion that it is appropriate to grant bail. Accordingly, I pass the following:-
ORDER i) The Criminal Petition is allowed. ii) The petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail in Crime No.17/2025 of the respondent – Police, pending on the file of I Additional CJM, Bengaluru City , on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) with one surety for the likesum to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, subject to the following conditions: a) The petitioner shall co-operate with the investigation as and when it is required till filing of the charge sheet.

b) The petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on all dates of hearing without fail. c) The petitioner shall not threaten nor tamper the prosecution witnesses. d) The Registry is directed to communicate this
order to the Trial Court forthwith.
In case, if the petitioner violates any of the bail conditions as stated above, the prosecution will be at liberty to seek for cancellation of bail.
