Arjun Chowdary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, Land Acquisition, Stamps & Registration has submitted the Written Instruction furnished by the District Collector, dated 21.01.2025. Copy of the Written Instruction is also supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. The same is taken on record. 3. The Written Instruction would indicate that the land situated in R.S.No.1/1 of Kethavaram Village of T. Narasapuram Mandal, is a subject matter in W.P.Nos.18554 & 25262 of 2022, and that the said Writ Petitions are pending. It is also stated that there are two PILs bearing W.P (PIL) Nos. 150 of 2023 & 134 of 2024 and a Contempt Case bearing C.C.No.6903 of 2024 in W.P (PIL) No. 150 of 2023 and they are pending before the Hon’ble Division Bench. 4. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the prayer made in the present Writ Petition seeking allotment of any other alternative land, requested this Court to dispose of the present Writ Petition with a direction to the Authorities to consider the Representation of the Writ Petitioner for allotment of any other alternative land instead of land situated in R.S.No.1/1 (new Sy.Nos.180 to 233 of Kethavaram Village of T. Narasapuram Mandal). Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner has 5. Having regard to the facts and considering the request of the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into merits, directing the Official Respondents to consider the request of the Writ Petitioner for allotment of any other alternative land subipct to all exceptions including the 3 eligibility and legal entitlement of the Writ Petitioner. The Writ Petitioner may also submit a fresh Representation to the Respondent Authorities seeking allotment of land in any other alternative place other than in R.S.No.1/1 of Kethavaram Village of T. Narasapuram Mandal. 4.With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 5.Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this order.
