JUSTICE AMBUJ NATH ----- For the Petitioner : Mr. Sheo Kumar Singh, Advocate For the State : Mr. Fahad Allam, A.P.P. --- 03/07.01.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pandwa P.S. Case No.43 of 2024, (POCSO Case No.81 of 2024), for the offences registered under Sections 363/366A of the Indian Penal Code and chargesheet has been submitted under Sections 363/366/376(2)(n) of the IPC and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Exclusive Special Judge (POCSO) Act, Palamau. Petitioner is said to have enticed away 17 years old daughter of the informant with the intention to marry her. Statement of the victim was recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S., 2023 in which she has stated that she was having affair with the petitioner and she went to Bangalore with him where they got married. This appears to be a case of adolescent love affair between the parties. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge (POCSO) Act, Palamau, in connection with Pandwa P.S.
