Hamidul Haqe, Advocate. For the State : Mr. V. K. Sinha, A.P.P. For the OP No. 2 : Mr. Anil Kumar Sinha, Advocate ----- 04/ 17.06.2025 Heard the parties. 2. This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest for offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 376, 511, 354, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate at Hazaribagh in connection with Hazaribagh (Sadar) PS Case No. 93 of 2024. 3. Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. 4. From the impugned order, this Court finds that there is specific allegation against this petitioner that he outraged the modesty of the victim, who is none but his sister-in-law. 5. Considering the aforesaid allegation, this Court finds it not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application stands dismissed.
