Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter for some time,submitted that the learned counsel for the accused had asked certain questions during the cross-examination which were inadvertently not recorded by the learned Trial Court butwere captured in the CCTV footage, hence, he wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move an appropriate application for recording the questions, which were inadvertently left by the learned Trial Court. The prayer is allowed.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the learned Trial Court to bring on record the questions, so inadvertently left, if any.

Learned Trial Court is free to look into the video recording of that date, if available, to find out whether the grievance of the petitioner for non-recording of some question was justified or not.Ordered accordingly.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
