1. The petitioner has challenged the order dated 04.03.2015 whereby, the State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Raipur (C.G.) dismissed the revision preferred by the petitioner.
2. A perusal of the order would show that Permanent Stage Carriage Permit was granted to respondent No.3 for a period of 5 years.
3. It appaers that the period has already expired and further, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, therefore, this Court is left with no option but to dismiss the petition for want of prosecution.
4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
