A case has been registered the petitioner and others for the offences Punishable under Section 307, 450, 452,143,144,145,188, 427, 506 read with 149 IPC. 3. Thecaseofthe prosecution in brl'efisthat: The defacto complainant is a leader of TDP in Gudivada Town. ln 2019, after defeat of TDP l'n elections, political rivalry prevailed between TDP cadre and YSRCP cadre. On 25.12.2022, at about 4.00 pm, Al and A2 made phone call to the defacto complainant, abused in filthy language and threatened with dire consequences. on 26.12.2022, at about 7.00 pm, in a meeting, Al to A3 and some others armed with deadly weapons sticks and petrol bags attacked the defacto complainant and other leaders with an intention to kill him and threw petrol bombs over him. on seeing the same, the defacto complainant ran away.
