Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merits vide order dated 12.07.2023 passed in B.A. No.5329 of 2023. Petitioner above-named who is in custody since 11.04.2023 has renewed his prayer before this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Bandgaon P.S. Case No.16 of 2023 (NDPS Case No.09/ 2023) registered under Sections 15(c), 18 and 25 of the NDPS Act. Heard the parties. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that informant and the seizure list witnesses have been examined and the petitioner is in custody for about one year and nine months. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer. There is no change of circumstance, as such, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly the same is again rejected.
