ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 3rd respondent in conducting investigation and filing final report/charge sheet in Crime No.177/2024 dated 30.11.2024 for the offences U/s 323, 324 and 499 r/w 34 IPC r/w 156(3) CrPC on the file of the Dargamitta Police Station Dargamitta SPSFt Nellore District as illegal arbitrary and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to file final report/charge sheet in the above crime”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a direction may be given to the respondent/police to conclude the investigation in Crime No.177 of 2024 and file a final report.

4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed to conclude the investigation in the above crime and file a report in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
