By the present writ petition the petitioner is seeking direction to the Tehsildar Podi Uaprode before whom he has moved application for demarcation of land bearing Khasra No. 24,25,30,34/1, 34/2, 35/1, 35/3, 35/4, 49, 50, 55 & 57 admeasuring 6.795 hectare situated at village Bijhra, Tehsil Podi Uaprode, District Korba. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application (Annexure P- 1) for demarcation of the land is pending before Tehsildar since 24.06.2024 and inspite of the request made to the Collector vide letter dated 11.12.2024 (Annexure P-2) no steps has been taken for demarcation of the land. 3. Learned State counsel would submit that if the application is still pending before the Tehsildar, the same shall be considered and necessary steps will be taken within a period of three months. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 5. Looking to the submissions made, the SDO, Podi Uaprode is directed to decide the application of petitioner dated 24.06.2024 (Annexure P-1) pending before him and take necessary steps within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
