The writ Court in PIL No.2390 of 2021, on 24.12.2021, had required the applicant to move an application under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which was to be decided. 2. In paragraph 10 of the affidavit of compliance, it has been stated that the Revenue Team had submitted its report on 18.08.2025 wherein it was found that no encroachment has been done. Copy of spot memo along with map and coloured photographs of the site has been appended to demonstrate the said fact. 3. In view of said fact, as the order of writ Court has been complied with, present contempt application is rendered infructuous and the same stands dismissed. 4. Contempt notice stands discharged.
