This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“….to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of the Respondent No. 2 to 5 more particularly Respondents No. 3 to 5 in registering the criminal case basing upon report/complaint dated 17-04-2025 and 12-05-2025 made by the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and violation of Article 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and pass.…”

Sri A.Venkata Durga Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit recording the same, this writ petition may be disposed of. 4. Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow due procedure according to law.
